my white room

i never saw a moor—
i never saw the sea—
yet know i how the heather looks
and what a billow be.

dear isidora,
thank you being so patient
with your nature letter, here is
one of the things i made for you

this used to be an old part of brooch
jade glass cabochon in the raw brass
setting, i separated them to clear space
for acacia leaf. every time i seek for the
same shapes and shades with nature and
here i was so satisfied and excited

so, earrings or twin pins, as you like

vivid green tissue paper pale green
sunny alley japanese part of the garden
we were visiting last week in finland

summer is still here today

  1. this set of pins/earrings is so so nice!

    colors and shapes are really,
as you're excited, fit each other

and i love this set, since one from nature
    and one from antique.
the brooch's shape was maybe inspired from nature
as we can easily think about.

and the nature souvenir from finland
    has beautiful gradation from
    pale green to soft brown

    good night, olga

    1. good morning
      dear yukino

      and i thought so too

      all the things from
      the past seem to
      become out of the
      forest or soil

  5. O, Olga, it is beautiful! :) When I joined your project, I understood you're collecting things for something you make and it was wonderful surprise to understand you're actually making out of it something from a sender too. :) This is special.

  8. Such delicate beauty, Olga.
And I agree with you, all that is good comes from the forest or soil.
